I had made this reservation on Bookings.com, it had a pool and by all accounts, Seam Reap was considered a hot destination and I know what the heat has done to us through past experiences in Vietnam. The place looked fine on the pic so away I went and booked 12 days stay here. We made the decision to do a "Three Day Trip" of Angkor Wat so time was not an issue, other than we wanted a well-positioned hostel that was close to the town centre. 

 

BINGO, we hit the jackpot. This hostel was just perfect. The staff are friendly and always willing to help and assist. It's a very popular stay as we have seen so many travellers come and go during our 12 days here. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed. Aircon was great and so too the beds and bathroom.

 

The proximity to the action around Siem Riep cannot be bettered. We walked a short distance and we were in the "Night Market, Pub Street and restaurants to pick and choose from." 

 

The staff are always cleaning and sweeping, it has been a pleasure to live here. We made use of the restaurant on a daily basis, as the food was good and service and friendliness tops. Chhay and Ya always greeted everybody with a smile. Chhay is such a jovial person, she is an asset to this establishment. It gives me the impression all that work here are one happy family as the staff often assist with babysitting while parents are on duty at the front desk.
